Is The Algebra 1 EOC Hard?

The Algebra 1 EOC is a very difficult test. I'll even go as far as to say it is a bad test. The state only releases scale scores which don't tell you how many questions a person got right or wrong but it is heavily rumored that a grade of 50% is passing. In my opinion, any test with that low of a passing score is not just a hard test, but a BAD test. On average only 50% of the people that take the Algebra 1 EOC actually pass the test. So, yes, it is a hard test.
